Deluxe property in great area. At the top of the Nicaragua hill. Views from the unit's balcony include both bay and city. Views from rooftop sun terrace and pool are even more delightful. This unit has everything you could possibly need. Can not think of anything the property does not offer.

The apartment very well located and in very good condition with everything you need for a very pleasant stay.

We have used Palmera as our property manager for the last several years. It has been a great experience, as everyone there has been very professional and addresses the issues that come up very promptly and effectively. It can be quite a headache to own a second residence that you are often away from for long stretches of time.

From beginning to end (we just sold our condo after 4 years of lots of fun and relaxation), it was a delight and a pleasure to deal with everybody in Palmera. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Palmera. For those looking for a property manager in Puerto Vallarta, it quickly becomes painfully obvious that there are very few options (at best) who pass the quality and honesty tests. Palmera passes both with flying colors, and charges very reasonable rates too.

My companions think it was excellent!

I well recommend them. They assist overseeing my condo in Vallarta by paying bills (property taxes, utilities, and internet), cleaning, repairs, upgrades, receiving items I purchase or have shipped there, etc. From my point of view, for the basic fee, I get a lot of assistance, including that they check on my place while I'm not there. The fees for small repairs are very reasonable. I get upfront quotes for major services, such as recently repainting my whole unit. I get value from there being a whole team, so not dependent on one exact person's availabilty, and they are good about a clear point of contact and chain of command.
