“Location of property is IDEAL with easy access to 200 via private condo steps; short hike to romantic zone is very doable; Views from condo and pool are top notch; the facilities double filtrated water is excellent so no need to purchase water and carry up the hill; heated pool cannot be beat and many times we had it to our selves; open front and back doors and the breezes eliminate AC dependency; residents in 15 unit condo complex are very welcoming.”

“It was our 3rd year staying at Los Arcos Casa in Bucerias. We had a fabulous time. We love the pool , however feel it is time to give it a bit of TLC (tiles coming off and pavement around pool area needs resurfacing. Also one of the fans in the lower porch area is still broken. We love this house and will be back !”

Daniel ( in maintenance I believe) is a great person . Meet and spoke to him a few times . Likeable guy and awesome in his position! Martin ; the groundskeeper is a kind , quiet person who is very pleasant and diligent. We really like Martin a lot. Sylvia , Daniel and Martin are all very friendly , competent, and committed employees. Not a problem or concern with Palmera Vacations.”

“Staying at Pier 57 is always a delight. The building’s location and amenities are top notch. So much is within a short walk with plenty of options for food, shopping, wellness, and nightlife. The unit is as-described and pictured. As one recent review mentioned, we were a bit nervous about noise given it is on the second floor, but you forget quickly as the views are amazing and it was very quiet. The only issue we had was using the safe, but all else was very smooth from check in to check out.”
