Happy hour, a time to get together with old friends and meet new ones, is one of my favourite things to do in Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool and bar at our condo, with its great 360 views, great bar staff, and half price drinks is one of the best happy hour destinations. Almost every place you will want to go is within walking distance, and you will love walking around Puerto Vallarta.
