There is one reserved parking space. Once weekly maid service is included at no additional cost. If you desire to have maid service more than once per week this can be arranged for an additional cost.

Estrellita Del Mar does not allow pets for guests. There is a strict no smoking policy anywhere in the unit including the outside terrace. Minimum stay is 5 nights.
