Anti-smoking bylaws have become quite strict in Vallarta, there is no smoking/vaping in this home, on its terrace or on the rooftop, guests must go to the street.

All of my email contacts with Palmera prior to travel were answered courteously and quickly. The concierge service on arrival and departure was excellent. The PV Ladies unit met all of our needs though there were a paucity of hangars provided in the closet space (a small, but easily improved, issue). It would have been helpful if we had been notified a day in advance of the maid service so we could have been better prepared.
