All of my email contacts with Palmera prior to travel were answered courteously and quickly. The concierge service on arrival and departure was excellent. The PV Ladies unit met all of our needs though there were a paucity of hangars provided in the closet space (a small, but easily improved, issue). It would have been helpful if we had been notified a day in advance of the maid service so we could have been better prepared.

Friendly service, room was clean and air conditioning in the room worked great. Nice views from the infinity rooftop pool.
