Palmera Vacations presents Casa del Sol an open 1BR/1BA vacation rental located at one of the newest buildings in the area, Sunsetower in 5 de diciembre, a 22-unit building featuring an infinity-edge rooftop pool, gym area & sun deck. Sunsetower is just a few blocks north of downtown Puerto Vallarta. It is an excellent location for visitors who want to experience authentic Mexico and a short stroll will lead you to the sandy shores, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, or take a leisurely beachside walk.
Casa del Sol features a full kitchen with granite countertops, a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, electric cook top, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer and blender for those afternoon margaritas. Casa del Sol provides everything you might need to prepare a meal. However, you might enjoy some of the fabulous local cuisine available in the neighborhood. Some of our favorites are Meno’s Place, La Traviata and Pepe’s Tacos.
