Palmera Vacations is proud to present Villa Amapas I, also known as the North Villa, consists of 3 bedroom suites and 3.5 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have each 1 King size bed. One bedroom has 2 Queen size beds.

On the first level includes kitchen, formal dining and living areas and one suite with king sized bed. The living area looks over the heated infinity pool to the Pacific Ocean. On the patio there is a stone dining area perfect for open air dining year round. Each of the bedrooms have ocean views and private terraces.

Villas Amapas I & II are side by side beachfront vacation villas – located in the Conchas Chinas area of Puerto Vallarta.Conchas Chinas is known for its beautiful beaches and amazing sunsets. Both villas are accessible by elevator or stairs and come with a full staff to make sure your stay is a memorable one.

Maid service daily except for Sunday, Sunday is a day off for the staff. If services are required: Guestspay $50 (US) for each member of staff asked to work on a regular Sunday, and $100 if Sunday is also a legal holiday.

We now have a 4th bedroom (with 2 single beds) which can be made available, bedroom is located in the back of the property and has a “view” to the inner garden, please inquire for availability and price.
