The great geographic location of Bucerias in Banderas Bay makes it the perfect point to explore the Pacific coast. To the north, you'll be 30 min away from Sayulita, Punta Mita, and other beautiful Rivera Nayarit beaches. Going to the south Nuevo Vallarta is just at 20 min and Puerto Vallarta downtown is 35 min away.

Casa Los Arcos is the perfect place to spend your vacation. The House is located in a quiet cobblestone street in the best residential and commercial zone in town. The golden sand beach, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, galleries, grocery shops, and the best private hospital are within a few blocks of walking distance.

Casa Los Arcos is a Mexican-style property within a 4,000 square feet area. The house was renovated during summer and is ready for winter season and holidays. At street level, you'll have at your disposition a big non-covered garage/patio with capacity for up to three cars. There's also a fire pit place where you can organize your own "lunada".Going up the stairs, at the first level, is the main house area including a full kitchen, dining room for six, a living room with a 32-inch flat-screen with Apple TV, and a full bathroom. Outdoors you'll have a two twin beds room with an air conditioner and an external full bathroom; besides is a large covered terrace with chairs and an open patio featuring a 270 square feet, 4.5 feet deep private pool equipped with lounge chairs. On the second floor there are two rooms each one with a king bed, closet, and an individual air conditioner both rooms are communicated and shares a full bathroom. Also, you'll have a big terrace with couches and lounge chairs where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with partial views of the sea.
